Malik doesn't reply in my group

Check the bot's rights and how you address him. · 2 min

Make the bot an admin of the group, so it sees every message. If it isn't, Malik tells you himself.
Mention him by name or with the bot's @username, or reply to one of his messages.
Check that it's your business's bot: a bot added to a group outside your business leaves it.
