The extra CSM you couldn't hire.

Malik works in Telegram and Slack and runs the prep behind your CS team: triaging tickets, building QBR decks, and flagging renewal risk across your stack. Your CSMs stop preparing for customers and start talking to them.

@Malik 12 renewals in May (~$487K ARR). Pull each account's health, flag the risky ones with the reason, and draft a renewal email per account. Drop it in a sheet for my 2pm with Marcus.

9 native + connectors

Step 1: Connect your stack

Native integrations plus managed connectors. Mostly one-click OAuth, a few API keys. No webhooks, no Zapier zaps.

@Malik check this week's Stripe revenue against HubSpot and flag anything off before the board call.

On it. Cross-checking Stripe against HubSpot and fixing anything that doesn't line up before your board call.

Step 2: Tell Malik what you need

Message Malik like a teammate: "Pull this week's revenue from the sheet." "Triage new bugs." "Pause Meta ads over $40 CPA." Any tool.

MalikAPP9:12 AM

📊 Revenue check: $84,210 (+6.4% WoW). 3 deals didn't match HubSpot. Fixed 2, one needs your call.

Step 3: Malik does the work, you review

Malik opens the tools, runs the work, and posts back exactly what changed. Sensitive actions wait for your approval. It's all logged.

For your support queue

Open every ticket already briefed.

Most of a CSM's day is tickets. Most of that time is gathering context across HubSpot, Zendesk, Linear, and Stripe before they can even start replying. Malik reverses that.

Walk into every ticket with complete context.

Malik pulls the customer's last 60 days into one reply in the chat: previous tickets, NPS history, contract details, related engineering fixes, and last-touch history. Your CSMs stop swivel-chairing across five tools to figure out who they're talking to.

Leo Smith9:14 AM

@Malik Sterling Capital ticket #4471 just escalated to me. Brief me before I reply.

MalikAPP9:15 AM

Sterling Capital ($82K, Tier 1, renews Aug 12). Mark Chen's 3rd ticket in 14 days, same export issue. Previous 2 closed with macros. Account context: • NPS 9 → 5 in March: "took 4 days to hear back last time" • CSAT 4.6 → 3.8 over 60 days What changed: eng shipped the export fix 4/22. Mark was never told. Move: lead with the fix, own the gaps, offer a 15-min call. Draft attached, under your name.

Your queue, already triaged.

Malik sorting the overnight queue, drafting replies, routing bugs to engineering, and flagging only what needs a human.

Jordan Reyes9:02 AM

@Malik 23 tickets in my Zendesk queue from overnight. Triage and draft replies. Flag what needs me.

⏳1
MalikAPP9:08 AM

23 tickets, sorted: ✅ 18 drafts ready to send (macros under your name) ✅ 3 routed to eng (Linear VIG-2841 to 2843) ⏳ 2 need you: • Cardinal Energy ($180K): legal escalation • Solstice Apparel: feature request worth a real conversation Your inbox: 5 items instead of 23.

Walk into QBRs already prepared.

One message in the chat turns an account into a finished QBR deck. Malik pulls adoption, ticket history, billing, and the last call quotes, then saves it to Drive ready to present.

Tom Tan10:12 AM

@Malik Build me the QBR deck for Helix BioTech. Thursday 2pm with their VP Ops. $220K account.

12-slide deck ready:

Pulled adoption, tickets, invoices, and 4 call quotes from your stack. • Expansion ask: Reports stuck at 8/20 seats → +$48K • Q1 ask "audit log for compliance" shipped 4/9, slide 7 demos it • Risk: VP Ops flagged "budget review in July" (call clip embedded) Logged to HubSpot timeline.

Stay ahead of every account in your book.

Every Monday, Malik scans your book and posts only the accounts that need you. Healthy accounts stay quiet, so your team works the three that matter this week.

Sofia Lin8:30 AM

@Malik Weekly check on my enterprise book (15 accounts, $1.2M ARR). What needs me this week?

⏳1
MalikAPP8:36 AM

3 accounts need attention. 12 are healthy. 🔴 Northwind Logistics ($84K, renews May 18) DAU 47 → 11 since Feb. Champion left 3/14. Drafted check-in to new admin, suggested 30-min sync. 🟡 Helix BioTech ($220K, renews Sep) VP Ops mentioned "budget review July" on the 4/17 call. Worth getting the exec sponsor in before then. Drafted intro to Fryd. 🟢 Hawthorn Retail ($120K, renews Nov) 47/50 seats used (was 38). Call 4/29: "onboarding LATAM team in May." Expansion play, +$72K. Created HubSpot deal, looped in their AE. Posted summary to #cs-leadership.

FAQ

No, by default. Every customer-facing email or ticket reply is drafted, not sent. Gmail drafts, Zendesk macros saved under your name. You hit send. Internal actions (messages to your own team, sheet updates, Linear tickets) can run autonomously if you want, but anything customer-facing defaults to draft + approval.

Model providers run Malik traffic under no-training terms. They don't train on your data. We don't either. We store the thread log so you can audit what Malik did, encrypted connector tokens, and any artifacts he created (sheets, drafts). We don't keep a parallel copy of your CRM or ticket database.

Three things: every number in a draft comes from a live API call at the moment of drafting (he pulls, he doesn't recall). Drafts are not sends, you review every customer-facing artifact. And Malik flags inferred fields ("champion likely left, based on LinkedIn") as inference, not fact. On interpretation, you keep a human in the loop.

Malik asks for the minimum OAuth scopes needed for the workflows you turn on. If you only want triage and drafts, he asks for read and draft scopes, not send. By default, Malik doesn't delete CRM records, contacts, or tickets without an explicit human action. Per-CSM scoping inherits your tool's permission model: if your CSM can only see their own book in HubSpot, Malik connected as that CSM sees the same.

Different layer. CS platforms are systems of record and alert engines, they tell you Acme's health dropped. Malik is the AI employee that does the work the alert triggers: pulls Acme's last 90 days, drafts the email, books the call, creates the HubSpot task. Malik sits next to your CS platform and removes the prep tax that lives between an alert and an action.
