Write to Malik the way you'd brief a colleague: what you need, by when, for whom. He replies in the thread and in the language of the conversation.

What makes him reply

• Mention him, by name or with the bot's @username.
• Reply to one of his messages.
• Write to him in a direct message.

When nobody asks

Malik reads the whole conversation. He steps in when it's useful: an unanswered question, a deadline slipping, figures that don't match. If a matter concerns one person, he writes to that person; the owner gets only decisions.

Correct him once

Tell him what to do differently. He remembers it for next time.
